    Looking for a chance to join a family owned Vitamin & Supplement company in Temecula? THEN READ ON! This position is responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to delivery. You will be the expert in moving designs through a multi-step process of receiving requests, prioritizing projects, providing concept, making changes, proofreading, and submitting for approval. You will also be involved in creating new designs and images for advertising and promotional purposes!     Immediate opening for a Graphic Designer / Project Coordinator in Temecula, CA who possesses:

    • 3 years of experience / knowledge with the latest digital programs and tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office products.
    • Excellent communications skills (written, listening and verbal).
    • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask, tracking many projects/deadlines at same time.
    • Problem solving ability – often, there are multiple components to creative requests. You must be able to think through requests while balancing the creative aspect as well as the administrative needs.
    • Ability to work proactively to ensure project timelines are met.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Apply knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative and instructional material.
    • Create and/or update design layouts, graphics and icons using industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Generate and manipulate graphic images and text.
    • Coordinate the design, review and proofing process between Graphic Designers and the Director of Marketing.
    • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, take initiative and work independently.
    • Effectively communicate with outside print vendors, relaying specifications as well as submit press-ready files for digital and offset print jobs.
    • Ability to ensure projects are organized by priority and ensuring deadlines are met, considering all steps from concept to delivery.
    • Creates mock ups for sales presentations and customers.
    • Manage high level and low-level projects with equal importance.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, procedures and technological advances within the field.
