    Since our client's inception in 1986, they have been a leading supplier of fiber optic and copper assemblies for voice, data, and video in the United States. They have provided connectivity solutions for international, national, and regional distributors for decades. Providing private label assemblies and contract labor to some of the largest OEM’s in the industry. They maintain both off the shelf and custom solutions for most connectivity requirements.

    Immediate Opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager, Santa Ana, CA who can:

    • P&L management and forecasting of all revenue streams
    • Drive top-line revenue and Improve bottom line OI through contract, product and/or service changes that will enable cost reductions forOperations
    • Define a sales strategy to positions as (1) a separate entity in the market space and (2) the quick turn enabler of client
    • Define and implement Sales processes, KPI´s and compensation scheme
    • Define and implement an Agile Digital Marketing plan
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to continuously refine our sales strategies
    • Manage all customer product portfolio´s (roadmap, specification, cost, and pricing)
    • Main interface with client Corporate salesforce
    • Coach and manage a team of up to 13 FTE’s, consisting of inside sales, a product manager and supply chain analyst
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
    • Sets and defines marketing schedules, collateral, branding, website, and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies.
    • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
    • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
