AP/ AR Clerk (Anaheim, CA $25/hr.)

This position is responsible for routine accounting, verifying vendor statements, assisting in month end, data processing and filing. Immediate opening for an AP / AR Clerk in Anaheim, CA who possesses:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
- Must Have General Accounting Experience
- Experience within Construction Industry Required
- Experience with Foundation Software (huge plus)
- Willing / able to wear many hats!
- Must be well versed in Excel (Pivot Tables, V- Lookup, Create Formulas, etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Compile, sort and accurately enter vendor invoices into accounting software Foundation. Collect and manage proof of delivery tickets from field employees.
- Detailed tracking and reconciling of vendor statements
- Compile and track meeting notes for business development and marketing purposes
- Assist Business Developers in managing contacts in Coessential and Mail Chimp
- General office tasks such as mail processing, scheduling shipments
- Assist in project coordination such as filing prelims, tracking project documents, and project profiles
- Organize and maintain office files, inventory and job folders
- Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, productivity and dependability
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast pace environment
