Immediate opening for an FP&A, Accounting Operations Specialist in Irvine CA who possesses:

• Both accounting and FP&A experience

• Advanced proficiency in excel

• NetSuite experience a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and mid year forecast by working with department heads, consolidating information and uploading into our ERP system, includes full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for two years

• Be responsible for the G&A department operating plan inputs

• Assist with monthly departmental variances

• Summarize monthly results compared to plan for management review

• Work directly with third party customer service team on a daily basis including approving customer returns, helping with customer and/or ordering issues

• Work directly with sales reps on customer setup, helping with ordering issues

• Act as a liaison between the customer service team and the field sales reps

• Reconcile daily transactions between ERP system and customer service

• Assist in commission and GPO calculations

• Ad hoc reporting for the sales team

• Manage daily sales report using advanced data tables in excel

• Help with month end close as needed
