Immediate Opening for an Inbound/Outbound Logistics Specialistin Costa Mesa, CA who possesses:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms

• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent prioritization and time management skills

• Proficient in Oracle, Excel & Word

• Familiar with the development and implementation of SOP’s and Work Instructions

• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Key Responsibilities include:

• Process sales orders and release packing list to WH by EDI & Manual

• Invoice sales orders

• Process Inter-warehouse transfers

• Collect PODs and manage claim as necessary

• Provide shipping labels for customer returns

• Process international shipments ensuring customs

• documentation compliance for transfers between US/CA

• Inventory control – daily inventory reconciliation with 3PL WHs and maintain high accuracy

• Coordinate with PM team and WH for Quality control and re-work as necessary

• Audit and process freight invoices

• Maintain customer relationship by responding to customer inquiries and providing resolution and support
