    _Looking for a chance to join a 40 year full-service graphic design firm in Irvine experiencing explosive growth? Our client has set the industry standard in _custom design and fabrication builder of trade show exhibits, displays and booths, providing creative environmental solutions and customer-facing technology for corporate lobbies, show rooms, museums, conferences, and retail settings! The Graphics Lead Manager will support and lead the internal graphics department and will be expected to manage job timelines and deadlines, which includes identifying potential difficulties in upcoming graphics production tasks, actively seeking needed art files and needed graphic production information and ensuring that deadlines are achieved without sacrificing quality or adding unreasonable costs. The Graphic Lead Manager will be expected to be a graphic production expert, providing construction or print suggestions that will help to meet a client’s expectations while managing a lean and efficient department!

    Immediate opening for a Graphic Lead Manager in Irvine CA who possesses:

    • Experience in InDesign Creative Cloud, Photoshop Creative Cloud, Illustrator Creative Cloud (Mac environment)

    • Thorough knowledge of digital prepress processes as well as printing processes (4-color and spot-color)

    • Highly organized and outstanding attention to detail from start to finish

    • Ability to multi-task and handle several demanding projects at once

    • An eye for design in order to make good decisions when interpreting design work

    • Experience is project management systems and portals

    • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Organize, track, and document all production items to assure a job or task has been finished completely

    • Define and set expectations for production quality and efficiency from the graphics department

    • Identify areas or methods that could be improved in the graphic production workflow

    • Understand graphic production methodology, terminology, and effect.

    • Organize and communicate relevant information effectively.

    • Work well in a deadline-driven and frequently stressful, but fun, environment
