Immediate Opening for Materials Planning and Management Specialist in Chino, CA who possesses:

• 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position
• Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
• Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable

• Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite and Outlook)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (speaking, listening) preferred

Key Responsibilities include:

• Forecast inventory demand

• Generate purchase orders to ensure consistent and adequate supply

• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products

• Identify and correct cancelled or delayed orders

• Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present

• Miscellaneous tasks as needed
