PREMIUM AUDIT CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Snelling Staffing is currently hiring for a PREMIUM AUDIT CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE for a Worker’s Comp Insurance Company in Baton Rouge, LA!  This position is full time, pay is $43 - $49k depending on experience and offers excellent benefits!      OVERVIEW:

• This position provides exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents by analyzing and resolving problems in the areas of underwriting, billing, audit and the core system.
• Determines and performs workflow necessary to complete service requested by policyholders/agents
• Assists Underwriter in handling/processing audit requests

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes and resolves customer inquiries by pone regarding billing, audit, and policy issues
• Communicate with underwriters and audit fee companies notifying them of pending cancellations, updates, manual requests, and specific underwriting requests
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and unit manager to establish working rapport, address problems/questions, and fulfill objectives as needed
• Key in audits accurately and timely and develop an understanding of all audits that are performed by various fee companies
• Participates in the Quality Assurance testing of the core system enhancements and non-conformities before they are put into production
• Use office equipment and software to manage multiple email accounts, print / fax documents
• Analyze and review incoming mail and handle all issues within authority
• Additional duties as assigned

   REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance environment
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems and desire to grow
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Be adaptable to change with the ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
