SNELLING is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant in the Trussville Area!!!! Looking for an upbeat experienced candidate to join an amazingly stable team!

Hours: 8:00 am -5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.50 Hourly

Job Duties for Accounting Assistant:

• Assist w/ Accounts payable & receivable
• Key invoices into computer system
• Filing paperwork
• Billing customer
• Making deposits (using a credit card machine and check scanner)
• Input invoices into customer portals
• Fill in as AP/ AR as needed

Essential Requirements Accounting Assistant

• Must have Microsoft Excel experience
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Team player who can help in other areas if needed
• Must be familiar with AR/AP
