OVERVIEW: Our client, a Philadelphia, PA firm is growing rapidly! To support their growth, the HR Team is seeking to add a Contract Recruiter to their team! This is quite a fulfilling role especially considering the changing social climate towards Learning & Education - a sector now being recognized as a top priority for learners and community as a whole.
THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE!
DUTIES:
Assist HR and Talent Acquisition source and fill a backlog of positions needed within the organization.
Use various online job boards, school partnerships, community groups, professional networks, employee referrals, social media (particularly LinkedIn) to source potential candidates for a variety of openings
Utilize search engines to identify candidates with important keywords on their resume/ online profile; use Boolean search strings and understand strategic use of search strings to yield candidates most closely qualified and aligned for position(s)
Boost recruitment marketing using blogs, social media posts, video, email campaigns (both internally and externally) to peak candidate interest ideally driving them to career site; similarly, coordinate/ facilitate employee engagement ideally motivating staff to serve as online brand ambassadors!
perform initial phone screens of candidates who meet the criteria
Maintain interview screen notes both hard copy & electronic- as well as ensure completeness & accuracy of applications. Follow candidates retaining them from: “apply now” to “welcome to then team”!
Interact with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews (often coordinating schedules of an interview team of 3-4 staff members)
Respond and follow up to everyone who contacts the organization regarding a career opportunity; close the loop for each & every applicant
