POSITION: Shipping Clerical Clerk

PAY RATE: $18.50/ HR

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 1 ST SHIFT (FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY FIRST SHIFT OUTLINED BELOW)

6:00am-2:30pm

8:00am-4:30pm

9:30am-6:00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a  SHIPPING CLERICAL CLERK in Ontario, CA. This position will be responsible for preparing BOL's, maintaining logs and preparing reports. The Shipping Clerk should be able to work independently, be organized and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

Bill warehouses for product shipped and maintain BOL files

Complete documentation for inbound shipments and containers

Prepare various daily reports on distribution center operation

Prepare and send vendor notifications on receiving discrepancies and vendor breakage; assist with compiling data for breakage reports

Prepare UPS orders

Assist customers with will call orders

Create bate/dispatch will call orders and prepare them to be used by the distribution center to fill and ship product to warehouses

Answer incoming phone calls

SHIPPING CLERICAL CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

Must have impeccable attendance as the position is critical

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Must be flexible to work any of the three first shifts listed above

SHIPPING CLERICAL CLERK PREFERRED SKILLS:

Team player

Laser focus and organization

Ability to follow critical step by step procedures
