WE PROVIDE... • Leads… lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training/tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis Responsibilities: Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career Help to facilitate mortgage pre-certification on behalf of buyers when necessary to streamline the process in a timely manner Strive to complete 30 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria and increase closed transactions Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales • Learn, adopt, and grow with the technology and systems the team sets in motion • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the transaction • Accepting accountability from team members to meet team goals Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Always be positive – putting your best foot forward You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand Be a strong communicator Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems Detail oriented regarding contract writing and review This position requires some evening and weekend work Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
