Position Overview: A creative, well-rounded, designer who has the passion to produce inspiring design solutions, the flexibility to work on several projects at a time and the desire to continually explore, learn and evolve themselves and their team.
We are located in Over-The-Rhine, Cincinnati and believe in providing a supportive, fun and collaborative work environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Works with a multi-disciplined team to establish conceptual design direction and execution for eCommerce programs and related digital marketing campaigns
- Creates original designs and executes on the designs of Senior Designers
- Delivers the highest quality of design for the projects they oversee
- Sees the big picture; generates smart and surprising design solutions
- Motivates and inspires others
- Strives to innovate; no creative execution is final
- Learns from successes and mistakes in the ongoing effort to make every iteration of creative better and better
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in design
- 1 - 5 years of experience creating and implementing web design best practices and highly intuitive visual designs within an interactive agency.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. (Knowledge of HTML, Actionscript, CSS and Javascript, desired.)
- Is comfortable and confident when it comes to concepting and presenting creative work
