Monroe Truck & Auto Accessories is looking for an experienced Snow Plow Mechanic to help with assembly, installation, and diagnostics of snow plow systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical and electrical work and takes pride in fixing tough problems.

We are a long-standing West Michigan business specializing in snow plows, truck accessories, diagnostics, and electrical installations.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair snow plow electrical and hydraulic systems

Assemble and install snow plows and related components

Troubleshoot wiring, power, controller, and intermittent electrical issues

Perform pre-season inspections and in-season repair

Work closely with the service and installation team to keep jobs moving

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Accurately document work performed

Qualifications

2+ years experience working with snow plow systems (Boss, Western, Fisher, Snoway, Blizzard, etc.)

Strong electrical diagnostics skills (12V systems)

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable, dependable, and calm under pressure during snow events

Valid driver’s license

ASE certification a plus, but not required
