About the Role:

C&S Property Management in Central Square, NY is looking for a skilled and reliable Snow Plow Operator to join our team! If you thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments and take pride in keeping properties safe and accessible during winter months, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Operate snow plow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and driveways

Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to treated surfaces as needed

Respond to on-call snow removal requests during winter weather events, including nights and weekends

Monitor weather conditions and coordinate with management on service schedules

Maintain accurate logs of services performed at each property

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

Requirements:

Previous snow plow operation experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and on-call during storm events

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field

Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physically demanding work in cold weather conditions

Have a truck with plow
