Job Description: As a Snow Removal Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining clear and safe outdoor spaces for our clients. This is an on-call, seasonal position that requires flexibility, as work will depend on snowfall and weather conditions. The ideal candidate is punctual, able to work in adverse weather, and comfortable with physical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Clear snow from designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment
Salt or sand walkways and parking lots to prevent ice buildup
Operate snowplows and other heavy machinery as needed
Work efficiently and safely in cold and potentially hazardous conditions
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and thorough snow removal
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent injury or property damage.
Maintain and clean equipment as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in snow removal or related field preferred
Valid driver's license, MNDOT card and clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in cold weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

OT Pay
1 & ½ pay after 40 hours/week - Overtime hours regularly available.
Minnesota Sick & Safe time: 1hr for every 30 hours worked.
