About Kanazeh Lawn Service Join a reliable snow removal company that’s been serving Lansing, MI since 2012. Kanazeh Lawn Service is building an On-Call Snow Response Team ready to respond fast to winter storms.

Role Overview As a Snow Response Team Member, you’ll assist in plowing, salting, and shoveling operations during active snow events. This on-call role offers flexible hours and great pay for dependable workers ready to respond when winter hits.

What You’ll Do

Respond quickly to calls for snow and ice management.

Support drivers and sidewalk crews during storms.

Shovel, spread salt, and operate light equipment.

Ensure safe conditions for residential and commercial clients.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and availability on short notice.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold weather.

Team-player mindset and positive attitude.

Experience in snow removal preferred but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

$16–$25 per hour based on experience.

Paid weekly with overtime opportunities.

On-call schedule (you’ll be notified before storms).
