About Kanazeh Lawn Service

Kanazeh Lawn Service has served the Lansing community since 2012, providing snow removal, landscaping, and property maintenance services. We are seeking dependable Snow Shoveling & Sidewalk Crew Members to assist with winter snow operations.

Position Overview

This is a seasonal, on-call role activated during snow events. Crew members are responsible for clearing sidewalks, entryways, and walk paths to maintain safe and accessible properties during winter weather conditions.

Work hours are weather-dependent and scheduled based on snowfall and operational needs.

Responsibilities

Shovel snow and operate snow blowers on sidewalks and entryways

Apply salt and de-icing materials as directed

Assist with small equipment operation (spreaders, blowers)

Ensure assigned routes are completed safely and thoroughly

Communicate with supervisors regarding route completion

Follow all company safety protocols

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset

Compensation & Schedule

$17.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and equipment proficiency

Weekly pay

Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable

Seasonal, on-call schedule during winter months

Work Environment

Outdoor work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
