About the Role:

Master Outdoor Solutions is looking for a hardworking and reliable Snow Removal Team members to join their team in Carver, MN! This position is perfect for someone who thrives in the outdoors, hands-on work and isn't afraid to tackle the elements. Responsibilities:

Perform snow plowing, snow blowing, and hand shoveling at residential and/or commercial properties

Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots

Operate and maintain snow removal equipment safely and efficiently

Respond to on-call and early morning dispatch during and after winter storm events

Inspect equipment before and after use and report any mechanical issues

Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely, professional manner

Communicate with crew leads regarding job status and site conditions

Requirements:

Full-time availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.

Ability to operate snow plows, skid steers, or snow blowers is a plus. We will train!

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work in cold, harsh weather conditions for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to respond quickly during storm events

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
