We're looking for skilled snowplow truck drivers to help us during our winter season and are interested in staying on as landscapers for our Spring/Summer season for year-round employment. Winter work would be part-time, as-needed through snow events and storms, with full-time hours during the landscaping season.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Snowplow Operator

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop

Have experience safely driving pickup trucks and operating snowplow controls

Will need to be available day and/or night during snow events

Able to perform manual snow removal and apply de-icing materials

Should have good communication skills to work with other crew & management during snow events

Landscape Laborer

Work regularly within teams on landscaping projects such as planting, edging, mulching, pruning and associated services

Is able to work outdoors and able to walk/stand for several hours at a time

Assist with projects in other departments such as hardscaping, excavation and tree work

Should have a working knowledge of common landscaping tools & equipment and their proper use

Ability to load/unload vehicles and safely transport equipment and materials to job sites

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay will be determined upon experience with negotiable salary and future benefit options. References may be requested after initial interviews are completed.
