Handle customer phone calls and emails

Maintain accuracy on orders using in house software

Communicate with clients, vendors and other departments to coordinate deliveries/pick ups

Fast paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality and or food and beverage a must

Strong grasp of hospitality industry

Excellent organization and time management skills

Able to manage multiple tasks in high paced environment with attention to detail.
