Seeking a Personal Lines Assistant

Responsibilities: · Help to prepare and quote all types of personal lines insurance at an independent agency for established customer base

· Help to cross sell applicable coverage to new and existing customers

· Help to resolve customer inquiries and complaints

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

· Ability to work in friendly fast paced environment · Some general office as needed

Qualifications: · Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields necessary

· Applied EPIC experience a plus

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Salary negotiable on experience
