Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Responsibilities:· Prepare and quote all types of personal lines insurance at an independent agency for established customer base
· Cross sell applicable coverage to new and existing customers
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
· Ability to work in friendly fast paced environment
Qualifications:· Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields necessary
· Applied EPIC experience required
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience
· Must be licensed in Property & Casualty · Salary negotiable on experience
