Responsibilities:

Undertake routine repair and maintenance with a schedule approved by Supervisor

Performs pest removal, as necessary

Facility and Grounds maintenance

Provide direct supervision and scheduling of building maintenance contractors including daily and weekly work order assignments, follow up, and performance evaluation

Perform as a project manager in the completion of assigned projects

Complete technical tasks and provide solutions to resolve technical and equipment problems

Be a subject matter expert for the maintenance of all So Hospitality Group buildings

Tests the building systems and performs preventative maintenance periodically

Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, and facility operations

Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8+ hours per day

Ability to set priorities and meet daily deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and ever changing environment

Minimum two years experience in repair + maintenance environment or equivalent demonstrated experience
