SoCal Flood Restoration & Design a commercial/residential restoration company based in Orange County, CA. We are boutique, rapidly growing company whose primary focus is delivering amazing restoration services for residential customers and/or business owners alike.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Corresponding with clients and adjusters via telephone and email
• Entering job information, notes, and assigning tasks
• Coordinating with Lead Restoration Technician and/or Project Manager in scheduling crews for various projects including on-site visits and follow-up
• Provides direct support to office personnel, technicians, and sales associates regarding customer escalations, technical questions and support, and standard operating procedures.
• Updating and organizing physical and digital files
• Accounts Receivables assistance
• General miscellaneous office support and duties as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proactive approach to work tasks with ability to meet various deadlines
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel
• Punctual and accountable
• Valid Driver's License/satisfactory driving record and background check
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work closely with, influence, and hold senior leaders accountable to resolving issues or capitalizing on opportunities
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Experience within the restoration and/or construction industry
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

We aim to be a different kind of restoration company, one that values integrity and honesty, over making a quick buck off of someone's misfortunes. Unlike other restoration companies, we promise that we will stay with our customers from start to finish of the project; they will not have to worry about dealing with a variety of contractors, we will manage everything from A to Z as well as help them navigate through insurance claims. About me: I started flipping homes as a hobby years ago and built up an amazing crew over time. One of my peers introduced me to the water damage restoration industry and I haven't look back since. Before restoration, I have always worked in the professional services industry where customer relationship and satisfaction are critical to the success of any company. I aim to install that kind of mindset not within just my company, but the Restoration industry as a whole.
