Responsible for providing support to the Company's sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. Primary duties include calling home owners in specific areas and conducting a very brief consultation to set an appointment. Responsibilities (non-exclusive): ● Collect information from supervisors regarding cold/warm calling techniques. ● Call potential customers. ● Greet customers as they pick up the phone and introduce yourself and the Company. ● Provide information regarding the service or product in question. ● Record all information collected from potential customers. ● Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience. Requirements: ● Self-motivated under minimal supervision. ● Ability to multitask and handle all aspects of the marketing process. ● Self-directed and ability to generate appointments and build the Company's brand. Qualifications: ● Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile required. ● Previous call center/inside sales/telephone sales experience highly desired. ● Proven track record of success (i.e., consistently meeting quota). ● Excellent customer service and communications skills. ● Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Base CRM, etc.).
