    Job Description

    Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

    Soar is hiring for a full-time Office Manager to help manage day-to-day operations at 2 of our new clinics. We have an opening at our Centennial clinic (9000 E Nichols Ave, Centennial), and AN OPENING AT OUR LAKEWOOD CLINIC (13949 W. COLFAX AVE, LAKEWOOD). We are rapidly growing and need dedicated support in each clinic to ensure client and employee satisfaction. Join us as we strive to advance the standard of care in autism therapy today!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The role is a good fit for a candidate who likes working with people, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and mission-driven about helping young children with autism spectrum disorder.

    Specific responsibilities would include the following:

    1. DAY-TO-DAY CENTER OPERATIONS
    • Managing fidelity to Soar’s operating processes, including center cleanliness, parent daily communication program, etc.
    • Managing supply stock and ordering for toys, PPE, office supplies, etc.
    • Working with Scheduling Manager to ensure daily scheduling changes are performed and communicated to relevant employees and supervisors
    • Overseeing client management in partnership with clinical leadership (Partner BCBA), including ensuring client reassessments are taking place and client information is up-to-date in our system of record
    • Together with the Director of Operations, accountable for center performance to budget, including suggesting new policies and procedures as needed
    1. CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
    • Answering the phones and managing inbound demand for services
    • Preparing clients for diagnostic and assessment appointments, including sending information via email, collecting information, and sending reminders
    • Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and their caregivers
    • Managing the front desk, including providing a warm welcome to clients, prospective clients, and employees
    1. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
    • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and clients, fielding any questions that they might have
    • Managing task delegation for employees who are not directly working with clients for a shift
    1. MEETING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT
    • Planning and leading office meetings and events, including monthly meetings, professional development days, and daily stand-ups
    • Working with clinical leadership team to plan and execute parent-facing events

    We are currently in the process of hiring a Director of Operations, which this role will report to in the long term. In the interim, this role will report to the Chief Operations Officer, Jennifer Goldstein.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed a 4-year bachelor’s or associate’s degree
    • Prefer 3-5+ years of experience in the healthcare provider space, but would consider alternative backgrounds that demonstrate a similar skillset
    • Prefer at least 1 year of experience managing operations and / or a team of 10+ people

    This is a salaried role with full health, dental, and vision benefits; retirement contribution; and PTO/sick days. Successful candidates will have opportunity to grow into larger roles around overseeing clinic operations over larger numbers of clinics.
