    Job Description

    SUMMARY: The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service for all internal and external customers. Adheres to company safety, health, and security best practices, policies, and procedures to fulfill work objectives/responsibilities. Partner with management to direct safety initiatives to ensure the organization maintains compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsible for ensuring ethical conduct and compliance with federal, state, local, and parent company regulatory requirements.

     

    ESSENTIAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Primary customer service coordinator for general customer service inquiries, order processing, accounts receivable (Invoicing, billing, etc.), and specified product lines.

    2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

    3. Provide timely information to customers regarding order status, billing, and payment information.

    4. Provide accurate and complete information using the right resources/tools.

    5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and follow-up.

    6. Create, research, and modify various reports to include but not limited to product inventory, banking discrepancies, audits, customer payments, etc.

    7. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

    8 Support daily front office responsibilities/tasks to include, but are not limited to, ordering/inventory of office supplies, distributing mail/packages,

    answering and directing incoming calls, and working on miscellaneous department tasks as necessary.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    1. High school Diploma or Associates Degree

    2. Three (3) to five (5) years of order-to-cash, data entry and order processing, customer service, and logistics experience

    3. Knowledge and demonstrated understanding, practical application, and administration of financial systems software
