    Job Description

    As National Clinical Account Manager you will act as the primary customer contact for sales demand, executing marketing strategy, and promoting Sobi products for various territories across the United States.

    The NCAD will play a crucial role in ensuring comprehensive coverage across various territories while serving as a mentor and field trainer for our emerging professionals. This position is crafted for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are driven by the pursuit of excellence in rare disease hematology. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the nuances of different markets, cultivate meaningful relationships, and craft strategies that drive impactful change.

    This role involves 50%-75% of travel nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for representing Sobi’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within specific geographic areas and actively promotes the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the field, market access, marketing and customer experience to understand varying market dynamics, discuss core learnings and align on a cohesive go-to-market strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan aligned to strategic priorities and perform geography-based analysis to create weekly action plans and evaluate on-going performance
    • Engage a robust customer universe across a multi-state geography delivering high-value and purposeful engagements to exceed sales objectives and ensure the treatment of appropriate, on-label patients
    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare professionals across multiple territories
    • Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to newly assigned clinical account managers, ensuring a seamless transition into their respective territories and fostering their professional development for sustained success.
    • Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state and federal law is required
    • Report all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as appropriate per required guidelines
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in business or science
    • 5+ years of customer-facing, specialty sales experience in biologics or pharmaceuticals
    • 2 + years experience in hematology/oncology or rare disease required
    • Demonstrated history of high sales performance
    • Experience with specialty and medically integrated dispensing pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
    • Ability to navigate and plan within a large and complex target universe
    • Demonstrate strong presentation skills both virtual and in-person
    • Experience with training
    • Strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities, and manage time appropriately
    • Ability to travel up to 75% nationwide.

    Additional Information

    The base salary pay range for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match, short and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and life insurance benefits, in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
