About the Role:

Join i9 Sports SW Atlanta as a Soccer Coordinator for Youth Sports, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the athletic experiences of young athletes. This exciting position invites you to lead soccer programs that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee youth soccer practices and games.

Help coordinate schedules and field assignments.

Develop and implement training sessions for coaches and players.

Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.

Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and players.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.

Promote the soccer program through community outreach and marketing efforts.

Assist in recruiting and training volunteer coaches and staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in youth sports coaching or program management.

Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Passion for working with children and fostering a positive sports experience.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Background in sports management or related field is a plus.
