Responsibilities - Greets and acknowledges customers, answers their questions and assists with shoe or clothing fittings. - Accurately and efficiently processes all point-of-sale transactions. - Answer telephones in a courteous and friendly manner, provide directions to store location, answer merchandise questions, and receive and fill customer orders. - Ensure the sales floor is customer ready. - Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise. - Perform any other duties as directed by management. Essential skills and experience - Must be 18 years of age. - Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. - Excellent customer service and effective communication and listening skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Physical requirements include the ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk for extended periods of time. - Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
