    Soccer Shots was ranked ‘#1 in Children’s Fitness’, and is the official '2-5 year old program of US Youth Soccer'. Since 2008, we’ve led thousands of Bay Area children towards growth, character and fitness; in a non-competitive and fun atmosphere. Our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.Our outstanding staff consists of passionate early childhood educators and experienced coaches. Soccer Shots staff are trained in early childhood methodology (& many are ECE Certified) and well credentialed.     THE ROLE

    Primary client experience communication lead

    Scheduling and managing calendar

    Managing registration (online database) and AR/AP

    Supporting the Director and coaching staff

    Personal and peer leadership development

    Supervising part-time admin assistant(s)

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    College degree or equivalent experience

    2+ years of related experience

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, 40+ wpm)

    Google Docs and MS Office (familiarity with Adobe suite a plus)

    Warm, motivated and approachable personality

    Ability to lift 25 lbs

    DETAILSM-F, 8am-5pm (occasional evening/weekend training)Total compensation: $40,000 - $46,000 (PTO, sick leave, bonus, health, select benefits and paid education available)
