Youth Soccer Instructors Needed for Children Ages 2-5 - various towns across Eastern Massachusetts

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

BENEFIT TO YOU:

Starting Pay - $25/hour, (6-10 hours of on-field training at $22 hours and then immediate increase to $25/hour after successfully completing initial training) Pay increases of $1/hour every season (8-10 weeks), if coaching review is successfully passed

After initial training, Part time coaches coach between 4 and 29 sessions per week, depending on work availability

Seasonal pay raises and bonuses for passing Coach Evaluations

WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for early education and positively impacting youth

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License

High School Diploma

Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

HOURS:

At least TWO (2) Weekday mornings (Monday-Friday) from 9:00-11:30am are required Weekend mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Safely manage a class of up to 15 children

Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development

Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families

Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Go home knowing you made a difference

OUR CULTURE:

We are a young company with a lively culture. We encourage our coaches to hang out with each other and organize events for the team to attend. Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.
