This position works directly with the Soccer Shots Leadership staff to ensure fast, reliable information to our parents in a sometimes quickly changing environment when it comes to weather changes and it's affect on staff and parents! The role is guaranteed a minimum of 5 hours/week and the person in this role MUST be available during the hours listed below to immediately talk and handle last minute issues. Communication is a Core Value for Soccer Shots Buffalo, and this role is being created to help fulfill this promise to our families.Hours: THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION- Applicant must be available Monday-Friday from 3:30PM-6:00PM, Saturday & Sunday from 7:00AM-9:30AM for a minimum of 5 hours per weekSupplies Needed:-Reliable computer-Cell phone-wifi accessResponsibilities: - Manage last minute class cancellations- Find subs for coach call offs- Monitor weather in franchise locations - Contact families for weather or sessions cancellations via mass text message, social media post and email- Follow necessary cancellation/reschedule process - Communicate with directors and coaches about weather communication status and subs - Update website as needed- Mass communications sent to families and staff (weekly staff newsletter, seasonal parent newsletter, etc)
