    SOCCER SHOTS DMV:

    Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA (DMV) was established in 2009 Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Soccer Shots DMV offices are located in Laurel, MD, Fairfax, VA & Lutherville, MD. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. Soccer Shots DMV offers programs at nearly 450 locations, serves over 29,000 participants, and employs approximately 100+ part-time coaches and 30+ full-time employees

    REPORTS TO: VP of Operations Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA

    OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To coordinate all regional operations duties related to Soccer Shots. The Operations Coordinator will be asked to assist in the following functions:

    Program Coordination:

    Developing, planning & maintaining program seasons including master calendar and registration system.

    Managing the Program schedule, cancellations and rescheduling process, which includes but is not limited to, notifying parents, updating Facebook, updating calendars, and communicating updates with site/facility representatives and parents.

    Collaborating with Operations Manager and Coaching Department in scheduling, training & evaluating initiatives as needed; participate in planning & preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings.

    Collaborating with Operations Manager and Coaching Department to maintain the master coach schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.

    Managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites.

    Delivering exceptional customer service with parents, directors, and partners to improve NPS scores.

    Coaching up to 10 sessions per week depending on business need

    Marketing and Communications:

    Assist with implementation of digital marketing plan for programs

    Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season, including planning marketing routes

    Participate in running program demos, distributing registration forms and brochures, hanging lobby and classroom posters, and in-school displays, distributing final reminders, placing bandit signs, and promoting public programs

    Represent Soccer Shots at industry events, open houses, etc.

    Sales/Growth

    Foster the relationship with current partners via site visits, attending events, call check-ins, etc.

    Provide leads in the territory served

    Use all available resources to maximize enrollment at assigned locations

    WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:

    The job description above is a full-time, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights & weekends, and availability is paramount.

    You will be expected to work out of your teams respective office listed below as well as travel to partner sites in your territory.

    SOCCER SHOTS OBJECTIVES:

    For Soccer Shots to be the best run, most popular, and most successful program offered in Howard County, Anne Arundel County, and Frederick County

    For Soccer Shots to have a reputation of excellence. An objective measure of each territory’s reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season

    To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals

    COMPANY EXPECTATIONS:

    Prompt, reliable, and professional communication—responds immediately to customers (parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots support staff within 24 hours

    Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with your time

    Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season

    Provide excellent customer service by communicating through newsletters to parents, and phone calls/visits with center directors

    Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity

    PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND REVIEWS:

    Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment

    Objectives of the position and company expectations will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor

    Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December of each calendar year
