Soccer Shots Central Suffolk County is looking for a part-time program manager/administrator to join our growing team.

Job Description

The weekend program coordinator will work alongside the Executive Director and is responsible for the following job functions:

• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials• Social media posts• Communicating directly with customers via email and phone as well as school directors• Managing the program schedule, cancellations, and rescheduling process, which includes but is not limited to, notifying parents, updating Facebook, updating calendars, and communicating updates with site/facility representatives and parents.•Managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites.

• Office organization of files, forms, and inventory support• Running reports using our Configio database (will train as needed)• Coaching 2-4 sessions weekly if needed• Salary commensurate with experience

Essential Qualifications:• Candidates with sports management degrees/backgrounds or experience in a childcare office setting preferred• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Effective organizational/administrative skills • Demonstrating excellent customer service through both professional and timely communication at all times.• Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots• Computer/application skills (Microsoft office suite)

Preferred Qualifications:• Associate's Degree or higher • Experience using Excel• Soccer or sports coaching experience• Working with children

Reports to: Executive Director

Work ScheduleWeekends 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
