WHO WE ARE:

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 50 locations around Cincinnati with more than 5,000 children enrolled annually.

WHAT YOU GET:

$18 per 30-minute session (up to 15 sessions per week)

Flexible scheduling (am, pm, evening (weekdays), and Saturdays)

WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Must be at least 18 years of age

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Safely manage a class of up to 10 children aged 2-8

Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development

Arrive on time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience

Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.

All Soccer Shots coaches are trained in the use of developmentally appropriate techniques.

Coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.

Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer but also the ability to engage and inspire children.
