    Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same!CompensationOur outstanding coaches start at a minimum of $15/session, with an opportunity to increase.     Coaching:Ensures the safety and well-being of every childFor childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and returns after session (note: for public location, no pick-up/drop-off required)Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisorConducts fun and positive 35- to 45-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum

    Communication/Administration:Communicates in a timely fashion with supervisor about any changes, challenges, or important informationCompletes online attendance sheet for each sessionSubmits time sheet per payroll policyReturns equipment and leftover supplies to supervisor upon completion of each seasonRole/ClassificationThe job description above is a part time position requiring fewer than 20 hours of work per week. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year, thus the employment is also seasonal. Employment as a coach for any particular season does not guarantee employment following the end of that season. All employment is at-will.We also love referrals!
