Soccer Shots DMV: Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA (DMV) was established in 2010. Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Soccer Shots DMV offices are located in Laurel, MD, Fairfax, VA & Lutherville, MD. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. Soccer Shots DMV offers programs at over 450 locations, serves over 28,000 participants, and employs 100+ part-time coaches and 28 full-time employees.
Reports to: Executive Director Soccer Shots DMV
Purpose: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director in preparing reports, handling information request, scheduling, communication with different stakeholders in the organization as well as working in a variety of special projects.
Role/Classification: This position is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Travel to all three of the Soccer Shots DMV offices will be required and additional hours will be required during certain times of the year.

Responsibilities:
Tracks and manages the priorities and calendar of the Executive Director
Maintains handle on all communications between the Executive Director and both internal/external parties
Assist in coordinating team meetings, off-sites, morale initiatives, all-staff meetings, strategy meetings and board meetings
Prepares all material needed by the Executive Director for meetings and conference calls
Ensure the Executive Director is fully briefed on meeting agendas, attends meetings and prepares notes for later consideration. Compiles meeting agendas, action item lists and proofreads documents for accuracy, completeness and conformity to established formats.
Regularly and routinely handle, create and coordinate complex sensitive material including but not limited to strategic planning, budget, third party vendors or human resource.
Attends special events and meetings on behalf of Executive Director
Plans, Researches & Executes special projects as directed by Executive Director
Required education/experience:
Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree
Preferred degrees include, but are not limited to: Business, Finance, Management/Leadership
2-3-years minimum of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Evaluation and Review:
Soccer Shots will perform an initial review after 60 days.
Goals and key performance measurable will be reviewed quarterly.
Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December each calendar year.
