Soccer Shots DMV stretches fromHarford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Soccer Shots DMV offices are located in Laurel, MD, Fairfax,VA & Lutherville, MD. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising NationalHeadquarters in Middletown, PA.REPORTS TO: Executive Director, Soccer ShotsObjective of Position: As the “face” of Soccer Shots, our success is nationally recognized and locallyrespected. Our brand is dependent on the exemplary performance of our team. It is the BrandAmbassador’s responsibility to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shotssession and promotion of the seasons including, but not limited to the tasks listed below.Program Execution-Coaching 20 hours per week is required for the position and compensation.-Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.-Conducting high-energy, fun, organized Soccer Shots sessions.-Following proper weekly Soccer Shots lesson plan.-Train coaches on-site and update team on progress.-Evaluate instructors-Submit evaluation of instructor online and communicate with coach within 24-48 hours of theevaluation.-Attending coaches’ meetings and training.-Maintaining equipment set in proper condition.-Arrive Early. “On-Time” is late: This means getting to your site at least 10-15 (schools) and 15-20(parks) minutes early so you are set up and children are on the field at scheduled start time andexecuting the COVID Mitigation Plan in its entirety.-Update attendance records daily. Communicate with team of any issues, additions etc.-Boost enrollment at sites through the use of guest passes.Marketing and Communications:-Distribution of seasonal marketing materials for Soccer Shots programs. Seasonal drop offs forregistrations, final reminders and public program marketing material.-Enhance relationships with directors and parents. Communicate courteously with site directors,teachers and parents. Engage in conversation and small-talk. Always smile and be positivewhen representing our brand.-Locating marketing opportunities in the community for Soccer Shots.-Running program demos at partner sites, public programs and other Soccer Shots events.-Assisting with direct mail preparation and distribution, promoting park programs.-Representing Soccer Shots at industry events, open houses, etc.Working Hours/Location/Schedule:The job description above is a part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week. Your weeklyagenda will be assigned by the Executive Director. You will work out your schedule details with yoursupervisor.Physical/work Environment Requirements: This position functions in an inside/outside sportsenvironment over 75% of the time. Work requires ability to run, stop, stoop, bend (a physical, exercisetype regimen) in a minimum of 40-minute increments per session. The position requires use of hands,arms, legs and feet, as well as excellent vision skills (with or without correction) and may include liftingup to 50 pounds on occasion. Moderate gymnasium-like noises are associated with this position. Duringthe COVID-19 pandemic, you will be washing your hands regularly, wearing a face mask for the entireclass session, and cleaning equipment using disinfectant.Program Objectives:1. For Soccer Shots to be the best run, most popular, and most successful elective programoffered in the area.2. For Soccer Shots to have a reputation of excellence (i.e. “that’s the group that does thatawesome soccer program...my kids loved it...those instructors are great”). An objectivemeasure of each territory’s reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Scoresurvey conducted at the end of each fall and spring season3. To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capitarating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goalsKey Performance Measurables:1. Prompt, reliable, and professional communication—responds immediately to customers(parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots supportstaff within 24 hours.2. Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized,keep good records, and be efficient with your time.3. Achieve a minimum NPS score of 9 at assigned sessions for the season4. Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell,promote and market our program prior to each season.5. Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrityCommitments:Soccer Shots employees are committed to representing Soccer Shots in a fashion consistent withdescriptions in the company’s Brand Book. Compensation is based on performance, and Soccer Shotsreserves the right to terminate employment for failure to meet expectations. We have expectationsthat can be reasonably met, assuming employees are investing their time into developing the business.While employees have the support of the Executive Director, their success is dependent upon theirability to provide excellent customer service and to manage the business professionally.Performance Evaluation and Reviews:Soccer Shots will perform an initial review after 60 days.Rate: $14.42 per hour (25 hours per week)
