SOCCER SHOTS DMV:

Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA (DMV) was established in 2009. Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Offices are located in Laurel, MD, Fairfax, VA & Lutherville, MD. Soccer Shots DMV work closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. Soccer Shots DMV offers programs at nearly 450 locations, serves over 28,000 participants, and employs approximately 100+ part-time coaches and 28 full-time employees.

Reports to: Director of Development

Objectives: To provide full time support and year-round effort into adding new (1) school accounts, (2) park department relationships, (3) after school programs throughout the DMV territories, and (4) sponsorship opportunities across all DMV territories.

Expectations and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Development

Add an average of one new accounts per week for the entirety of the year, totaling 50 new accounts over 50 weeks

All four DMV businesses will receive equal attention

25 new accounts in each business each year per territory

Schedule at least one full sales day per week with each of the four territories’ Regional Directors

Minimum of 50 sales days (25 sales days per territory)

Responsible for maintaining a CRM and tracking system from which the Executive Director can track activity and progress on a weekly basis

Will be provided with sales/marketing collateral specific to each of the DMV territories

Establish plans and strategies to grow and strengthen the current business

Send weekly reports to four teams

Coaching

Responsible for staffing demos of a Soccer Shots class upon selling program

Executive Assistance

To provide support and assistance, as needed, to the Director of Development. This may include, but is not limited to:

Attend staff planning and strategy meetings

Participate in special events

Research and complete special projects

Manage/coordinate strategic partnerships and relationships

Provide assistance or leadership to any one of the four DMV businesses

Role/Classification:

The job description above is a full time, exempt position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Typical/expected working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm. On occasion, it may be necessary to work additional hours, including some weekday evenings and some Saturdays to meet deadlines and to exceed goals. This position will work out of the Laurel, MD office, Baltimore office, or Virginia office when not in the field, unless otherwise approved.
