Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA (DMV) was established six years ago. Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Soccer Shots DMV offices are located in Laurel, MD, Fairfax, VA & Lutherville, MD. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. Soccer Shots DMV offers programs at nearly 400 locations, serves over 25,000 participants, and employs approximately 100 part-time coaches and 21 full-time employees.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:The Camp Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of the Soccer Shots Summer Camp programming. These camps will run Monday to Friday for 7 weeks out of the Summer. Administrative

Oversee all operations of Summer Soccer Shots Camp programming

Manage camp staff tasks and camp schedule

Coordinate camp activities daily

Ensure that all curricula and program delivery mechanisms are implemented consistently and at a high quality

Collaborate with team to plan, and implement marketing strategy to boost enrollment in camp

Maintain daily communication with Soccer Shots staff to notify of any potential issues, staff changes, and updates on camp.

Family/Player Engagement

Develops and maintains positive parent/guardian relations

Continuously monitor maintain safety for children

Provide a caring, family oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

21 years old

Must be able to pass a through FBI Background Check

College graduate

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

CPR/First Aid Certified

Teaching / childcare experience

ROLE/CLASSIFICATION:The job description above is seasonal full-time position. Typical expected working hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 3:00pm. This position will be working in a defined location within the DC/MD/VA region.
