    About Our Team

    We believe that soccer is a powerful vehicle for positively impacting youth. We operate in preschools, recreational centers, and parks across the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We want our 35 minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST and most FUN 35 minutes of each child’s week.     We have on-site sessions running Monday through Friday, and park programs on Saturday's. Seasonal schedules will fluctuate between Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Our coaches do travel and drive to multiple locations throughout the day as we are coaching throughout the Dallas Ft. Worth Area.

    Our coaches are 100% committed to their children, parents, and school each season.

    What You'll Do

    Coach soccer sessions for children ages 2 through 8, children will be grouped by ages (2/3, 3/5, 6/8)

    Learn, know, and follow the curriculum and bring your "A" game to every session

    Travel and arrive on time to each of your scheduled locations/sessions

    Manage a group of 10 or more children, and keep accurate attendance

    Prioritize the safety of children under your care

    Engage with each child through positive affirmations

    Bring Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child to smile and participate

    Build relationships and communicate with your school directors, teachers, and staff

    What You'll Bring

    Professionalism - Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with preschool center staff and parents, self-assured

    Energy and Enthusiasm - Outgoing & animated, enjoy interacting with children on their level

    Soccer Experience - preferred, however if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that works too!

    Experience working with children - Engaging and interaction with children ages 2 through 8

    Fun - Enjoys having FUN with young kids, being GOOFY, using your imagination, and making kids smile

    Patience - Must be patient and understand young kids

    Reliable Transportation - Must have a safe and reliable car with a clean driving record and valid drivers license

    Background check cleared - A successful candidate must be able to pass a Federal & State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting

    CPR/ First Aid Certified - You need to be certified in CPR/ First aid or willing to get certified

    In addition to the above, a successful candidate must be able to pass a TB Test as this is a requirement to be able to coach in each of our schools.

    Physical/work Environment Requirements:

    This position functions in an inside/outside sports environment a majority of the time. Work requires ability to run, stop, stoop, and bend (a physical, exercise type regimen) in a minimum of 35 minute increments per session. The position requires use of hands, arms, legs and feet and may include lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion. Moderate gymnasium-like noises are associated with this position as well as excellent vision skills (with or without correction).

    The job description above is a part time position requiring fewer than 30 hours of work per week.
