The Soccer Shots Franchise Support Center (headquarters) is seeking a creative and high performing Local Marketing Manager to help with the creation and execution of marketing efforts, to build brand awareness and drive enrollments in the Soccer Shots program throughout North America!
The Local Marketing Manager is critical in positioning Soccer Shots as a leader in the children’s sports industry, and as a top-tier franchisor.
Responsibilities:
Local campaigns and initiatives
Develop and refine local level marketing playbooks, etc.
Oversee execution of local social media program including monthly content
Oversee execution of local digital marketing programs including vendor management
Franchise Partner Marketing Support
Provide guidance and expertise on the creation and execution of individual marketing plans
Support the Operations Team by collaborating on benchmarks and best practices
Day-to-day support to Internal Team and Franchise Partners as needed
Franchise Partner Onboarding
Provide onboarding and training support to new franchise partners, making them prepared to successfully market their new Soccer Shots business
Franchise Level Marketing Subject Matter Expert
Stay informed of, and share, best practices
Provide upward feedback on marketing needs
Research/establish local level marketing partnership opportunities
Main POC for franchise system on all marketing related inquiries
We're seeking a hard-working, team-player with:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (including marketing, business management & advertising, etc.)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience of marketing/communications experience
Franchise experience preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines
High level of professionalism, including strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment, and support multiple teams
Self-starter
Strong project management skills
Passion for the Soccer Shots mission and brand
