Soccer Shots Franchising is hiring a Director of Curriculum Development to own the evolution of our program and coaches training, and manage corporate training and events! All to help grow the mission of Soccer Shots by ensuring that our program is top tier.

The Soccer Shots Franchising Support Center office supports over 200 Soccer Shots businesses and enables them to provide quality children’s soccer programming across North America!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Leading the development of Soccer Shots Curriculum

Evaluating, updating, and revising curriculum and curriculum philosophy, considering the latest developments in ECE standards and youth soccer, to ensure our program is top tier, having a maximum positive impact

Vet, evaluate and execute new potential Soccer Shots program offerings

Work cross-departmentally with marketing and operations teams to improve and execute projects

Leading the development of Soccer Shots Coaches Training

Evaluating, updating, and revising coaches training considering the latest developments in educational principles, youth coaching practices and ECE standards

Oversee and collaborate on new trainings, coaching standards, and coach evaluation tools to ensure our coaches stay the best in the business

Oversee Franchise Community Facing Events

Work with the VP of Operations to plan and manage training events such as:

Training new franchise partners on Soccer Shots operations prior to launching their businesses (5 events per year)

Franchise Partner Regional Meetings (once per year)

National Convention (once per year)

We're looking for hard-working, team players with:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Master’s Degree in Education preferred

5-10 years of relevant work experience in early childhood education, training, or recreation management

Familiarity with the game of Soccer preferred
