Soccer Shots Fraser Valley: Since 2012, Soccer Shots Fraser Valley has been running clinics at childcare centres, preschools, and parks throughout the Fraser Valley. Our passionate group of coaches and directors love teaching soccer to children and leaving a lasting positive impact on their lives.

Supervisor: Chief Marketing Office of Soccer Shots Fraser Valley

Purpose: To increase the footprint of Soccer Shots Fraser Valley by establishing new school relationships, identifying new park programs, and continuing to maintain existing relationships and finding ways to enroll more children in our program.

Role/Classification: This position is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours of work per week. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday, between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm in the Langley office. Additional hours may be required during events and the start-up of seasons.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and solidify existing school relationships

Connect with current accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

Explore ways to show our gratitude for these partnerships

Find ways to increase per session enrollment at these locations

Identify and land new accounts

Identify and land additional schools to execute Soccer Shots program

Childcare Centers, Preschools, Elementary Schools

Identify other events in the area to promote Soccer Shots to potential customers

Required education/experience:

Preferred 4-year bachelor’s degree

Preferred degrees include, but are not limited to: Sales, Business, Finance, Management/Leadership

3+ years minimum experience in sales/management

Demonstrated project management and sales success

Evaluation and Review:

Soccer Shots will perform an initial review after 60 days.

Goals and key performance measurables will be reviewed quarterly.

Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December each calendar year.

Compensation:

$32,000 base salary plus commissions and profit sharing
