    Full job description

Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized best-in-class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development, for ages 2-8. We also look to develop motor skills and teamwork through sports. Our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. We want Soccer Shots to be the BEST 30 - 45 minutes of each child's week.

Job Description Our coaches are the “face” of Soccer Shots, as they travel to our partnering locations on-site at schools, or at public parks, implementing the Soccer Shots curriculum. We are currently looking for qualified coaches, preschool teachers, or other driven individuals who love working with children to join our team.

    Why Soccer Shots?

Making a Difference. Our caring team of coaches are dedicated to positively impacting children's lives on and off the field. We strive to educate young friends about what it means to be a good person - and a good soccer player!

Coaches are compensated based upon the number of sessions coached. Assistant Coach session rates are paid at $15.50 per class with room for advancement to Lead Coach and pay increases. Once you have passed training, you will have the opportunity to grow from $15.50 per class to a Lead Coach, earning $18 - $24 per class within your first year of coaching (average classes run from 30-45min).

Opportunity for Growth. All current Lead Coaches have worked their way to Lead Coach and earn top pay.

National Presence. Soccer Shots is a national program with over over 200 territories across 37 states and Canada! The business is consistently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1 Children's Fitness Franchise in the U.S. Get your foot in the door with us and see where it may take you!
