    Soccer Shots Inland Empire East is hiring part-time coaches (10 - 15 hours per week) to join our team in the Fontana/Redlands/Yucaipa/Beaumont areas. Our family of coaches is dedicated to having fun with 2–8-year-olds while introducing character building concepts during sessions. We use soccer as the platform, but soccer experience is not a requirement for the job. A genuine love of working with kids is the key to success with us. Our coaches are responsible for managing and delivering a high-quality Soccer Shots session. This position would start out as a 10 hour per week position with opportunity to grow into more hours. Key Responsibilities

    Deliver first class coaching to 2–8-year-olds

    Engage, energize, and inspire children in your session

    Provide superior customer service before, during and after each session

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Passion for teaching young children

    Comfort using kid-friendly approaches, including singing and silliness, to connect with children

    Dependability

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

    Cleared background check, TB test, and fully vaccinated with proof

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience working with children ages 2-8

    Certification in CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain certification

    ECE Units or Certification a huge plus

    EXPECTATIONS

    Comes to all sessions prepared:

    Knowledgeable and familiar with Soccer Shots curricula and program

    Brings complete set of equipment, uniforms and paperwork to every session

    Dresses in Soccer Shots uniform

    Arrives 20 minutes early to each session

    Leads every session according to Soccer Shots standard

    Exercises patience, professionalism, and flexibility in managing relationships with children and parents

    Ensures the safety and well-being of every child

    Follows on-site protocol for each location, as provided by supervisor and/or site director.

    Attends all relevant meetings

    Ensures timely communication with manager regarding schedule changes and challenges

    Performs post-session protocol, including recording session attendance
