MORE ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This position of Director of Coaching (DOC) for Knoxville will initially require 20-40 hrs/wk from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri + Sat mornings. The position will evolve into a full time role as business grows.

The DOC leads Coaching Excellence by example as well as leading hiring and training our coaches. DOC is our "Experience Champion" ensuring our Children enrolled, their Families and our Partners always have an amazing and positive experience with us. Our DOC is Responsible for identifying, attracting and retaining excellent coaches and creating an exciting Team Culture that prospective coaches want to join.

Position will include: Coaching, Scheduling, Hiring, Training and Leading our Coaching Team. Also leads Team Culture by investing time to grow staff relationships, helping them in life and to achieve their personal and professional goals. Brand Ambassador involves growing existing partner relations as well as marketing to new potential partners and leading marketing events.
