    Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

    Administrative Assistant

    $18 - $20 an hour (Starting $18, after 90 days $20 per hour)

    Monday – Friday (9:00am – 2:00pm)

    Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the vision and growth of Soccer Shots by assisting in our Operations and Coaching Department. When needed must be able to coach a soccer session for children ages 2 – 8 years old. Will work directly with the Director of Operations and Director of Coaching.Working Location:

    Must work from the established office during working hours, unless approved to be working on the “field”. Must meet at least once/weekly with supervisor. Position is required to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment. NO REMOTE WORK

    Weekly Schedule:

    Monday – 9:00am-2:00pm

    Tuesday – 9:00am-2:00pm

    Wednesday – 9:00am-2:00pm

    Thursday – 9:00am-2:00pm

    Friday - 9:00am-2:00pm

    Operations Department tasks:

    Office Phone, Emails, conversion of calls and emails to registrations (Other admin duties)

    Season Promotions: Preparing materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season. (Printing of flyers, posters)

    Relationship Management

    Communications

    Cancellations

    Special Events

    Grouping and sending attendance to schools

    Assist with prize, flyer, and yard sign distribution

    Coaching Department tasks:

    Scheduling

    Kit replenishing

    Training Staff

    Writing coach appreciation letters

    Assisting at Kick-Off Meeting

    Inventory (must be able to carry 40lbs)

    Evaluations

    Writing logistics and maps for locations

    Sending paper work to schools (coaches' clearances)

    Coaching
